Getting started
What to expect before anything goes live.
We build websites and webshops, and we set up AI agents that staff your phone, chat, WhatsApp and Instagram. We also connect your calendar, CRM, invoicing and email marketing to each other, so your business keeps running online without you having to chase everything yourself.
For small and medium businesses: salons, hospitality, retail, webshops, practices and local service providers. In short, for business owners who lose customers because the phone doesn't get answered, messages pile up, or the website no longer reflects the business. You don't need to know anything about AI yourself, that's our job.
We start with a short introductory call about your goals, your customers and your current situation. Then we pick the smallest set of tools that actually moves your numbers, build it, test it together and go live. You get the timeline upfront, so you know what to expect.
Half an hour for an introductory call, your logo and images (or we can arrange that), access to your domain, and the questions your customers ask most often. We use those questions to train your AI, so it sounds like you from day one.
Free is ready instantly. Starter usually goes live in about a week and Growth in about two weeks, counted from the moment we have your copy, images and access. For most clients, delivering that material is the longest part, not the build.
A demo website, an AI customer service agent by chat or phone, 50 test conversations and access to your AI dashboard. That way you see and hear what your business looks like with a smart website and AI before you spend a euro.
Pricing and terms
What you pay, what you get, and what you're committing to.
Free is 0 euros, Starter is 99 euros per month and Growth is 199 euros per month. Your website, your AI agent, hosting and updates are all included in that monthly fee. If you want something outside the plan, for example a webshop or an integration with a system we don't support yet, you get a separate quote for that upfront.
Our terms and conditions state that prices are in euros and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Your quote and your invoice always show the exact amount including VAT, so you know exactly what you pay.
Starter gives you a professional basic website, an AI chatbot, AI phone customer service and 250 conversations per month, including WhatsApp, Instagram and an email integration. Growth adds a broader, conversion-focused website, faster and smarter AI, 500 conversations per month, visitor tracking, automatic email follow-up, integrations and more detailed insights.
Starter includes 250 conversations per month, Growth includes 500. If you consistently go over that, we discuss a larger bundle or an upgrade together. You'll hear from us before anything changes on your invoice.
Upgrading or downgrading is possible and takes effect from the next billing period. Cancellation follows the notice period stated in your agreement, see article 6 of our terms and conditions. If you're unsure, just ask us beforehand and we'll put it in writing.
Your copy, your images and your customer data are and remain yours, and you can always request them from us. Rights to our software, templates and agent configuration remain with Imora, unless we agree otherwise in writing. What you're specifically allowed to use is set out in your agreement and in article 4 of the terms and conditions.
The AI agents
How your agent sounds, what it does, and what you stay in control of.
Yes, our chat and voice agents are multilingual and can switch between English, Dutch, German, Turkish and more. They are trained on your own content. If they don't know something, we have them say so and point the customer to you, instead of guessing.
You align the voice, tone, greeting and boundaries with us, and you hear it yourself in the demo before you commit to anything. If it doesn't sound like your business, we adjust it until it does.
Only as much as you want. Many clients let the agent pick up only outside office hours or when the line is busy. You decide which questions it handles itself, what it schedules, and when it transfers a call or creates a callback request.
Yes. The agent checks your availability and adds the appointment straight to your calendar, by phone or by chat. We use the same flow for bookings, callback requests and confirmation emails.
Every conversation can be reviewed in your dashboard. If you spot an answer that's off, you flag it and we adjust your agent's knowledge. That way it keeps getting sharper on your business instead of staying a black box.
Yes. From Starter onwards, WhatsApp and Instagram are included, plus an email integration. Growth adds automatic email follow-up, so a conversation doesn't die if someone doesn't reply right away.
Technology, data and privacy
Where it runs, what happens to your data, and what it connects to.
We work in line with the GDPR, sign a data processing agreement with every party that processes data on our behalf, and prefer to host within the EEA. Traffic and storage are encrypted with TLS 1.3 and AES-256. We do not sell your data. The full explanation is on our security and DPA compliance page.
We pick the model that best fits the task, the language and the cost for each situation, and we only work with established providers with whom we have a data processing agreement in place. We do not use your customer data to train public models.
Usually, yes. Think of your calendar, mailbox, CRM, webshop and hundreds of apps via our automation layer and Zapier. If your system isn't on the list, just ask beforehand and we'll find out whether an integration is feasible before you commit to anything.
Your domain stays yours, we simply point it at your new site. If you're happy with your current website, in many cases we can just add the AI layer on top of it. We'll look at what makes sense for you during the introductory call.
We build fast, mobile-friendly and cleanly structured sites, with proper titles, descriptions and a sitemap. If you also want to actively work on content, SEO or campaigns, that's an add-on on top of your plan that we agree on separately.
Hosting, updates, monitoring and small adjustments are included in your monthly fee. We keep tuning your AI based on real conversations, so answers get better the longer you use it. And you can just email or call us directly, no ticket system.
