Everything about our pricing, scope and how we work. Don't see your question, just ask.

Free is 0 euros, Starter is 99 euros per month and Growth is 199 euros per month. Your website, your AI agent, hosting and updates are all included in that monthly fee. If you want something outside the plan, for example a webshop or an integration with a system we don't support yet, you get a separate quote for that upfront.

Our terms and conditions state that prices are in euros and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Your quote and your invoice always show the exact amount including VAT, so you know exactly what you pay.

A demo website, an AI customer service agent by chat or phone, 50 test conversations and access to your AI dashboard. That way you see and hear what your business looks like with a smart website and AI before you spend a euro.

Free is ready instantly. Starter usually goes live in about a week and Growth in about two weeks, counted from the moment we have your copy, images and access. For most clients, delivering that material is the longest part, not the build.

Half an hour for an introductory call, your logo and images (or we can arrange that), access to your domain, and the questions your customers ask most often. We use those questions to train your AI, so it sounds like you from day one.

Starter gives you a professional basic website, an AI chatbot, AI phone customer service and 250 conversations per month, including WhatsApp, Instagram and an email integration. Growth adds a broader, conversion-focused website, faster and smarter AI, 500 conversations per month, visitor tracking, automatic email follow-up, integrations and more detailed insights.

Starter includes 250 conversations per month, Growth includes 500. If you consistently go over that, we discuss a larger bundle or an upgrade together. You'll hear from us before anything changes on your invoice.

Upgrading or downgrading is possible and takes effect from the next billing period. Cancellation follows the notice period stated in your agreement, see article 6 of our terms and conditions. If you're unsure, just ask us beforehand and we'll put it in writing.

Your copy, your images and your customer data are and remain yours, and you can always request them from us. Rights to our software, templates and agent configuration remain with Imora, unless we agree otherwise in writing. What you're specifically allowed to use is set out in your agreement and in article 4 of the terms and conditions.

Hosting, updates, monitoring and small adjustments are included in your monthly fee. We keep tuning your AI based on real conversations, so answers get better the longer you use it. And you can just email or call us directly, no ticket system.

We work in line with the GDPR, sign a data processing agreement with every party that processes data on our behalf, and prefer to host within the EEA. Traffic and storage are encrypted with TLS 1.3 and AES-256. We do not sell your data. The full explanation is on our security and DPA compliance page.

Yes, our chat and voice agents are multilingual and can switch between English, Dutch, German, Turkish and more. They are trained on your own content. If they don't know something, we have them say so and point the customer to you, instead of guessing.
